I reflect about people and things around me quite a lot.
I like getting up around 8. Everything before that makes me feel like a zombie and getting up later makes breakfast taste like lunch already.
It's my boyfriends voice. He is an early bird.
Drinking coffee. I like to buy the coffee beans from a roaster around the corner. I used to make our coffee with one of those italian espresso machines (the ones you place on the stovetop) but now I prefer using a coffee dripper. This coffee is less intense so I (can) drink more of it. I don't like drinking coffee after 2 p.m. though. For some reason it just doesn't taste the same. Then I switch to herbals teas.
Mostly I eat fried eggs mixed with diverse vegetables and nuts. Sometimes I also make a fruit salad but it depends on my tiredness.
The hours of sleep I get is enough most of the time but sometimes it's not deep enough. This makes me slower the next day.
Sometimes I don’t have an ideal day and night rhythm which is essential for my good sleep. When I used to work as an Au Pair for example, I noticed that I had found a good balance between sleeping and being awake as I adopted the routine of the children. Now my work is more flexible which makes me stay awake longer or get up earlier sometimes. I guess this is something many (self-employed) people struggle with.
Under a big blanket.
Having a good laugh before falling asleep is the best.
Sometimes. My favorite dreams were always about flying. When I was a child my pajamas turned into a wing suit in a dream. Never forgot that feeling. I also used to sleepwalk when I was about 8 years old but I just remember waking up in the kitchen surrounded by my family.
Maybe, but I had a lot of my ideas in the minute before I fell asleep. Luckily I remember them well on the following day.
To recharge. And to talk about it on your blog.
Selfmade, oversized, wooden.
As soon as I enter a plane I start feeling very tired. Many times I even fell asleep before the take-off.
[ ( 5 sheeps per hour that I've been awake ) x ( the people I talked to ) ] - ( good laughs ) per day. Actually, I have a better sleeping aid. My boyfriend tracked down a rare audio cassette that my sister and I used to listen to as a child. This was a great gift. (photo below - btw it is not the famous Lion King story but a different nice one).
